St Mary’s Hall Hotel is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager.
The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering beautiful food with exceptional customer service. At least 5 years’ previous experience of running a successful restaurant is required and a proven ability to develop a restaurant is preferred. You will be responsible for training a small team and must have the drive and charisma to develop them further.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our Head Chef and must have previous experience of working in a fresh food environment. A sound knowledge of wines and other beverages is also necessary, as is a willingness to run our restaurant in a sustainable way.
The restaurant has high standards that must be maintained. The successful candidate must therefore possess the necessary skills and attitude to ensure that this can be achieved.

Accommodation is provided for this seasonal position, which runs from mid-March to mid-October.
