Chef de Partie

St Mary's Hall Hotel - Isles of Scilly

We are currently recruiting for kitchen staff to join our highly successful team in the beautiful Isles of Scilly, which is situated 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall. 

We require a Chef de Partie to join our hard-working team at St Mary’s Hall Hotel and assist the Head Chef in serving delicious fresh food in our busy restaurant.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen, which will be beneficial as your career progresses and may open up the possibility for promotion within our organisation. 


The Role

Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef  

Working in the kitchen using fresh ingredients 

Preparing and plating meals for a busy, modern restaurant 

Manage paperwork and systems 

You will have:

Previous experience as a Chef at a busy all fresh food hotel or restaurant 

Ability to work unsupervised 

Keen attention to detail 

You will be: 

Passionate about food

Physically fit 

A good team player 

Punctual 

Reliable 

A quick learner

Prepared to fill in where needed


Accommodation is provided for this seasonal position, which runs from mid-March to mid-October.
